how to book
Make a reservation in the Outlook calendar. There are four reservation options.
- LY330D-R002 (south) -- R1 on drawing below
- LY330D-R004 (centre in front of pavilion) -- R2 on drawing below
- LY330D-R006 (north next to pool) -- R3 on drawing below
- LY330D-R008 (the pool) -- R4 on drawing below
Please state the purpose and be open to discussion and flexibility if other users have good arguments for a specific use.

Room numbering
- R1 is a big open area for free-flying drones (12 x 18m, 13m free height) and mobile robots.
- R2 is a smaller area in front of the pavilion.
- R3 is an area (10 x 12m, 7m height) covered by the camera localization system.
- R4 is a pool area (3.5 x 6m, 3m deep) that - above water - is also covered by the localization system.
Areas can be divided by drone-net.
