Opdating /usr/local/smr

On the SMR's the netbased version of /usr/local/smr is linked to kalman:/opt/smr
On nyquist and jensen the local versions are linked to /opt/smr and /opt/smr is rsync'ed daily from kalman
If you need to update put the new files in the relevant places in /opt/smr on kalman This will be effective immediately on the SMR's and the next day on jensen and nyquist
